Fab Friday Sketch Challenge 83: Botanicals for You

Good morning!  There’s only two days left of Sale-a-bration 2016 and I feel like there are lots of great products during this promotion that I haven’t really gotten to use yet (how is that possible?)  Today I decided to showcase some of my favorite SAB freebies to make sure you don’t miss out on these fun items before they’re gone at the end of the month.  I also decided to use the Fab Friday sketch challenge as the inspiration for the card layout but took some liberties with the sketch by flipping it and adding elements to finish the card.

I started with Lost Lagoon cardstock for the cardbase and then added a piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock for the cardfront and added a couple of strips of the Metallic Glitter Tape (FREE during Sale-a-bration).  For the lower strip I used the Dazzling Diamonds Glitter Tape and used a sponge and Lost Lagoon to color the glitter tape (love this ability!!)  Then I added a couple of staples over the glitter tape using the Handheld Stapler.

For the stamped image I used the Botanicals for You stamp set (FREE during Sale-a-bration) and stamped the “just for you” image on Whisper White cardstock using Blackberry Bliss ink.  I matted this with some Botanicals Gardens Designer Series Paper and attached it to the cardfrong with dimensionals.  I used some Mossy Meadow ink to stamp some of the leaf type images on the cardfront to frame the greeting.  I also stamped the small flower on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock using Lost Lagoon ink and cut it out with Paper Snips and attached it with a little piece of dimensional.  After it was attached to the card I curled the petals up and added a small rhinestone to the center.

I wanted to add more to the greeting but only wanted to use part of the word stamp (just wanted “awesome”) so I used my Tangelo Twist Stampin’ Write Marker to color just the word I needed and stamped it on Hello Honey cardstock.  The greeting was punched out with the Washi Label Punch (I punched it twice and used a scrap in order to make the punched piece just fit the word).  Dimensionals were used to attach the tag to the cardfront as the final piece.

I love how the Botanicals for You SAB items (stamp set and vellum) were designed to coordinate with the DSP, flower stamp set and framelits for fabulous looking projects without the guess work.  I’m also glad that even though SAB is nearly over I’ll have these items to use on future projects for fun.  I hope you have all the SAB items you’ve had on your wish list for future use, if not, run don’t walk and get your order in ASAP so you don’t miss out!

SSINKspiration Mystery Challenge #SSINKMC31: Perfect Pairings

Good morning and happy Monday!  We had a great weekend that started out busy and ended nice and relaxing.  The guys helped get my birthday week festivities started by taking me shopping and to dinner on Friday since our weekend was full.  I had birthday's on my mind when I started working on today's card for the SSINKspiration blog for the mystery challenge.  I have to admit this challenge really stumped me but I was able to used items 2, 3, 4, and 5 to create this simple looking one layer card that used lots of different stamps to build the look of texture.

My card is made using Whisper White Thick cardstock (this is really great for cardbases).  I Decided to use blues for my color scheme and started by stamped the splatter using the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and Bermuda Bay ink but stamped off twice before stamping so it was lighter.  Next I used the Timeless Textures stamp set and stamped the floral image several times using Bermuda Bay (stamped off once) and Pool Party ink (stamped off once).  I also stamped the grid stamp from the same stamp set using Pool Party ink (at full strength).

The greeting is from the Perfect Pairings stamp set (remember this is a Sale-a-bration FREEBIE and is only available through the end of the month so if you don't already have this set place your order soon.  I embossed it using Versamark ink and Pool Party Embossing Powder and the Heat Tool.  Next I took a sponge dauber and rubbed around the greeting using Bermuda Bay ink for emboss resist.  Since I only have one layer of cardstock I decided to add an embellishment so I took a Bermuda Bay button from the Brights Designer Buttons package and tied a bow using three strands of baker's twine, both Whisper White and Bermuda Bay baker's twine).

It was fun to see how many different shades of blue I could add to this card to help add dimension since I couldn't add paper layers.  The other designers are sharing their own takes on this challenge so go check them out and we would love for you to play along with us.

Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration Card Sketch SSINKCS31: Party Pants

Good morning!  What a fun-filled weekend, we had a race, scout mulch delivery, baseball tryouts, and stamp class just to name a few things (no wonder time seems to fly by!!)  Even though I didn't have a lot of time in the studio but I enjoyed the time I did, it's so therapeutic.  I've bee having lots of fun playing with the new Sale-a-bration stamp set, Party Pants (it's got some really fun sayings), and decided to use it for this months sketch challenge over on the SSINKspiration blog.

I started with Tip Top Toupe cardstock for the card base and then added a piece of Pool Party cardstock that was embossed with the Big Shot and the Elegant Dots Embossing Folder.  I added two pieces of designer series paper from the Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Stack (I haven't used the paper for awhile and forgot how much I love all the colors and prints!)

I used the Party Pants stamp set for the stamping and stamped the three balloons using Crushed Curry, Cucumber Crush, and Watermelon Wonder ink on Whisper White cardstock and cut them out using my Paper Snips (the balloons do match the Balloon Bouquet Punch but I don't own it).  I stamped the greeting in the yellow balloon using Basic Black ink and attached pieces of Crushed Curry Baker's Twine to each of the balloons before attaching them to the cardfront for the balloon strings (I did use a dimensional to attach the greeting balloon).  The final touch was to add a small bow using the Bermuda Bay 1/8" Stitched Ribbon.

I had so much fun playing with this sketch and there are so many different shapes you could use for the flower shapes, we would love for you to play along with us and share your card!  Remember, we only have a few weeks left in Sale-a-bration so make sure you don't miss out on all the great items you can earn for free.

SSINKspiration March Blog Hop: Sale-a-bration is Running Out!

Good morning!  With the last little burst of winter last week spring definitely charged in with a fury this week, and I love it!  With the arrival of March it’s also the last month of Sale-a-bration, our best and biggest sale of the year so time is running out to take advantage.  In honor of Sale-a-bration for this months Stylin’ Stampin’ INKspiration blog hop we’re focusing on all the great products you can earn for FREE with each qualifying purchase this month (and there’s no limit to how many FREE items you can earn).  During SAB is when I stock up on all my cardstock, adhesives, prepaid Paper Pumpkin subscription, etc. so I can earn free items for things I already use all year long!!
As you hop along, please be sure to comment and show some love on every blog! We are always excited to hear from our followers! You should have just left stop number #3 on the Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration Blog Hop - Kathy at Kathy's Stamping World. If so, you are in the right spot. If a link doesn't work or you get off track, you will find the full blog hop lineup below.

I decided to showcase the Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper as my Sale-a-bration item and used this weeks Creativate Team challenge as the layout inspiration. I started with Lost Lagoon cardstock for the base (can’t believe this color is retiring in a few months, boo!) and then added a piece of the Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper as a nice background and then used another pattern for the inset piece.  For the greeting I used the Greatest Greetings stamp set and was stamped on Hello Honey cardstock using Blackberry Bliss ink and then added a little piece of Watermelon Wonder  1” Dotted Lace Trim along the bottom (note, Watermelon Wonder is not one of the colors in the DSP but it’s close enough and coordinates well.  I also added one of the 2015-2017 In Color Blossom Embellishments on the greeting piece for fun.

I needed to add something to help dress this up so I decided in honor of spring to add some fun butterflies.  I cut 2 using the Elegant Butterfly Punch and then embossed them with the Big Shot and Elegant Dots Embossing Folder and then added rhinestones in the center for the body.  I wanted a smaller butterfly so I stamped one using Old Olive ink on Whisper White cardstock using the Kinda Eclectic stamp set (since I don’t have the coordinating punch I cut this little guy out with Paper Snips) and also added rhinestones for its body.  By carefully folding the butterflies and then using Tombow glue just down the center of the butterfly you can fold the wings up so there’s more movement on the card.

This card definitely screams spring and I’m sad I haven’t used this paper much so far during SAB, but I definitely have a supply to use on future projects (perhaps lots of birthday cards for #imbringingbirthdaysback).

Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration Color Challenge SSINKCC31: Perfect Pairings

Good morning!  What a beautiful weekend, we were able to enjoy it all while we were busy with activities, but I was able to get a little time in the studio.  With the start of a new week it's time for some new inspiration, in this case it's time for this months color challenge over on the SSINKspiration blog.  I'll admit, I was in such a rush that when I went to make my card I used last month's colors and didn't realize it until I was finished, so this is take two, but I like it just as much, and it uses three different Sale-a-bration items that you only have until the end of the month to earn, for FREE!

I started with Lost Lagoon cardstock for the cardbase and then took a piece of Pink Pirouette cardstock and embossed it with the Big Shot and Honeycomb Embossing Folder.  Next I used one of the UV resist cards from the Memories in the Making Project Life Speciality Card Collection (SAB Freebie!!) and used Rich Razzleberry ink to color it in.

I took another piece of cardstock, whisper white this time and cut it the same size as my embossed piece and this time I stamped it using the What I Love stamp set (SAB Freebie!!) using Rich Razzleberry and Pink Pirouette ink.  The greeting is from the Perfect Pairings stamp set (another SASB Freebie!!) and was stamped on Whisper White cardstock using Rich Razzleberry ink and then cut out using the Big Shot and Oval Collections framelits.  I sponged around the edge using Lost Lagoon ink before attaching the piece to the cardfront with dimensionals.

Of course I had to add some extra elements to bump this card up a level so I added some 5/8" Natural Chevron ribbon using Fast Fuse Adhesive to attach it and then a bow using Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Cotton Ribbon for the final element.

I have lots of friends birthdays coming up and with the #imbringbirthdaysback campaign I need lots of birthday cards so this is perfect and will definitely being going to a friend in the near future.  The other design team members are sharing some other cards for go check them out for inspiration and then we would love for you to play along with us.

SSINKspiration Masculine Monday: Traveler

Good morning! We're back from an amazing vacation and truly memorable experience, Disney and Star Wars is a great combination.   Today I'm back to share a really fun masculine card for Masculine Monday over on the SSINKspiration blog.  I always have fun with these cards since I have so many guys in my life (and they're not really into flowers and such!!)

I started with Cajun Craze cardstock for the cardbase and then added a piece of  Early Espresso cardstock.  For the main patterned paper I used a card from the Memories in the Making Project Life Speciality Cards (FREE during Sale-a-bration and added stripes of color using a sponge and Crumb Cake, Cajun Craze, and Early Espresso Ink (love how the designs come through on the card when you add ink!!).

Next I took a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock and stamped the World Map stamp in Crumb Cake ink and then sponged around the edges.  I used a pieces of designer series paper from the Going Places Designer Series Paper stack and sponged it using Early Espresso ink.  For the main stamped image I used the Traveler stamp and stamped the train image in Early Espresso ink on Very Vanilla cardstock and then cut it out with the Big Shot and Tags & Labels Framelits.  For an accent I added a piece of Natural 5/8" Chevron Ribbon (I ruffled it up and then used the Handheld Mini Stapler).

For the greeting I used the Tag Talk stamp set and stamp the image twice (on Crumb Cake and Cajun Craze cardstock) and used my Paper Snips to cut out the center greeting and attached it with dimensionals and used the Bracket Label Punch to cut out the Cajun Craze layer and attached the whole greeting with dimensionals.

There are lots of fun layers and elements on this card that I really had fun added and add texture and dimension to the cards (but it's still flat enough that the postman will be happy!!)  The other design team members are sharing some great cards for further inspiration so please go check them out and enjoy!

SSINKspiration Project Life: Honeycomb Wishes in Dimension

Good morning!  One of the great new additions to our product offering over the past year is the Project Life by Stampin’ Up and while I’m starting to really get into using these products for memory keeping (completed my second Daily December journal this year) there are so many other options to use these products if you’re not into memory keeping and today the SSINKspiration designers are sharing some fun ideas to get you started.

For this card I started with Pear Pizzaz cardstock for the cardbase and then added a piece of Whisper White cardstock.  On this piece I used the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set (FREE during Sale-a-bration) to stamp the little chick twice (once on the white cardstock and a second time on a piece of So Saffron cardstock and used my Paper Snips to cut him out (and color his beak in with a Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Write Marker)).  Next I used the Work of Art stamp set and stamped the “swoosh” in Pear Pizzaz so it looked like grass.  I used dimensionals to attach the chick to the cardstock.

On top of the cardstock I added one of the acetate cards from the Memories in the making Project Life Specialty Card Collection (FREE during Sale-a-bration).  Did you know that on these acetate sheets where there is gold on one side if you flip them they are silver??  Awesome!! On top of the acetate card I added a piece of Basic Black 3/8” Stitched Satin Ribbon to the top and added a bow made of Whisper White Baker’s Twine for added texture.

The greeting is from the Greatest Greetings stamp set and after stamping it on So Saffron cardstock I used the Big Shot and Project Life Cards and Labels Framelits to cut it down before attaching with dimensionals.  The final touch to the greeting was to add a couple strips of pearls for added dimension.  To attach the acetate piece to the cardfron I used dimensionals and just made sure the chick was centered in the silver cutout (a perfect frame!!)

I love the flexibility of the Project Life cards on all sorts of projects including card making (and adds a little pizzaz), so if you haven’t tried them out this is the perfect time.

SSINKspiration Valentine's: Going Global Baker's Box

Good morning!  Can you believe Valentine’s Day is less than a week away?  I know that there are people (myself included) who are still working on wrapping up those cards and gifts and maybe there are some who haven’t started yet (gasp!!)  We’ll we’re here to help, today on the SSINKspirationblog it’s another addition of Valentine’s Projects so if you’re still looking for ideas look no further.  I decided to change things up and instead of a card I’m sharing a cute baker’s box I made.  I love the new Baker’s Box Thinlit (and I was super surprised to see that this is one of this weeks Weekly Deals so you really have no reason not to get it!!) and not only does it make these boxes super easy but they hold quite a bit as well.

I started with the Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper (FREE during Sale-a-bration but only through February 15!!) and cut two pieces out using the Big Shot and the Baker’s Box Thinlit Die.  Next I took the Sweetheart Punch and punched a heart out to create a window and covered it with a piece of Window Film before attaching the sides to make the box (Fast Fuse made this super easy).  I did use a Handheld punch to punch out the holes at the top of the box but there are little pieces in the thinlit set so you could cut them out with those as well, and used some Basic Black 3/8” Stitched Satin Ribbon to tie the box closed (after filling it of course!)

For the tag I started by taking a piece of the Merry Moments Designer Series Paper (I love that this print doesn’t have any green so it totally works for Valentine’s, whoo hoo!!) and ran it through the Big Shot with the Tags and Labels Thinlits.  I used the Sweetheart Punch to punch a heart out of the Red Glimmer Paper for a little sparkle.  For the greeting I used the Going Global stamp set and stamped it in Basic Black and used a Real Red Stampin’ Write Marker to color in the tiny heart before punching it out with the Sweetheart Punch, which coordinates perfectly.  A dimensional was used on the top heart for some added dimension and it finish out the tag.

This box is for my sweetheart but I liked how it turned out so well I decided to use these for Aidan’s teachers gifts (with a different saying) and we’re going bake Red Velvet Cookies and Chocolate Chip/M&M cookies as a fun and festive treat (and since I like to bake smaller cookies I’ve figured I can fit 4 inside each box) which will be perfect.  Also since I used a package of the SAB designer series paper it really helped cut the costs down.

Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration Color Challenge SSINKCC30: Timeless Textures Mix Up

Good morning!  How is it actually February, crazy!!  After a busy weekend the start of a new month we have another fun color challenge over on the Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration blog.  This month we had some great colors and since I have been working on a lot of Valentine's recently it only made sense to use this color comb and and a mash of other items for a fun love themed card.

I started with Rose Red cardstock for the cardbase and then I added a piece of Whisper White cardstock and I stamped along the left side using the Timeless Textures stamp set (the flowery image was stamped using Rose Red ink, and I stamped off first, and Wild Wasabi ink was used for the circles.  Next I took a piece of Wild Wasbi cardstock and stamped a  greeting in the center using this months Paper Pumpkin stamps and layered one of the acetate pieces from the Memories in the Making Speciality Card Collection (FREE during Sale-a-bration) using the fun heart shaped piece.

To embellish the card I added three small hearts that I stamped using Rose Red cardstock, the heart punch from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack, and then embossed them using the Big Shot and the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder and used dimensionals to pop them up.  For the top right corner I used some of the pink sequin trim (also from the January Paper Pumpkin kit) and tied it off with some Old Olive Baker's Twine (it's close enough in shade of green to work for this card) and attached it to the cardfront with a glue dot.

Using lots of great embellishments really make this card fun I love the window look with the acetate sheets (not just for pictures).  The other design team members are sharing some great ideas for inspiration so go check them out and then play along with us for some fun.

Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge: Botanicals for You

Happy Friday!  Another weekend is just about here which always makes for something to look forward to.  A friend had a birthday earlier this week so I decided to use the Hand Stamped SentimentsColor challenge as the starting point for her card (and since her birthday is already past I’m good to share her card since I really liked how it turned out).

For this card I started with Sahara Sand cardstock for the cardbase and then added a piece of Elegant Eggplant cardstock that was embossed with the Big Shot and the Polka Dot Embossing Folder.  Next I added a piece of Typeset Speciality Designer Series Paper and sponged all over it with Elegant Eggplant ink.  For the greeting I used the Botanicals for You stamp set (FREE during Sale-a-bration) and stamped the words in Elegant Eggplant on Sahara Sand cardstock.  I also used the little stem type stamp from the stamp to stamp some designs around the edge using Always Artichoke ink.  This piece was sponged around the edge with Sahara Sand ink and then matted with Always Artichoke cardstock.  Then I added the rest of the greeting on a smaller flag piece using Very Vanilla cardstock and Always Artichoke ink.  I used my bone folder to curl the ribbon so when it was attached to the card it looks like its waving and has some movement.  As a final touch I added a Very Vintage Designer Button and tied a bow using Gold Baker’s Twine in the center of the bow.

This card has a fun mix of retro elements along with the more modern fonts of the text that changes things up, I hope my friend enjoyed her card!

Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge: 2016 SAB and Remembering Your Birthday

Good afternoon!  Oh boy, the week is starting off crazy, I completely forgot to schedule today’s post and I always like to provide some Monday inspiration so I figure better late than never.  I decided to use this weeks Paper Craft Crew sketch challenge as the inspiration for a super fun and cheery birthday card (perfect since it’s super cold today to help brighten the day), it also uses some of the beautiful designer series paper you can earn FREE during Sale-a-bration, which is awesome and makes is easy to pull together a beautiful card in no time!

I started with Calypso Coral cardstock for the cardbase and then added a piece of Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper (FREE during Sale-a-bration).  Next I took a piece of Hello Honey cardstock and cut it out with the Big Shot and the Floral Frames Framelits and then embossed it with the Delicate Dots Embossing Folder as a base before adding another strip of coordinating Designer Series Paper.  The greeting is from the Remember Your Birthday stamp set and was stamped in Old Olive ink on Whisper White cardstock and attached it to the cardfront with dimensionals.

I added a couple fun elements to finish off the card, a small banner at the bottom left of the greeting using the Banner Punch and the same designer series paper package.  In the top right of the design element I cut a circle using the 7/8” Scallop Circle Punch and Calypso Coral cardstock as a mat for an Old Olive Button (from the Brights Designer Buttons) and tied a bow using Crushed CurryBaker’s Twine.  The final touch was to add a few rhinestones around the design element (you know me and my need for bling!)

I don’t know about you but I’m always in need of birthday cards (frequently at the last minute) so it’s good to have a variety in my card stash ready to go and this card will be perfect for anyone of the springtime birthday’s I have coming up!

Sale-a-bration Starts Today: The Sky is the Limit!

Good afternoon happy stamper, that day has arrived!!  The Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-bration sale starts today and I'm so excited (I got up extra early to get my first order in.  Thanks for stopping by today, I am so excited to be participating in a New Catalog Countdown with SSInkspiration.   Today is the last day of the countdown and we have many sneak peek samples for you HERE!"

I decided to do another card focusing on the Sale-a-bration items that you can earn for FREE with each $50 you purchase.  Now there is something different this year that you need to notice in the brochure, there are several pages in the back with limited time offerings, which means these items will only be available through February 15, 2016 and then some additional items will be release that you can purchase up until the end of March.  Products on pages 4-15 can be earned during the entire Sale-a-bration period.

For this card I started with Early Espresso cardstock for the cardbase and then added a piece of Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper (SAB item) as well as a piece of Rose Red cardstock that I embossed with the Big Shot and Hearts Embossing folder.  Before attaching the DSP to the card I stamped the clouds from the Sky is the Limit Stamp set (SAB item) using Whisper White Craft ink.  I also stamped the smoke trail image using Early Espresso ink and then colored it in using the Gold Wink of Stella Pen (this thing is awesome and a perfect way to add a little shimmer to your projects!!)  I also wrapped a piece of Whisper White 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon around the layers to hide the seam.

I absolutely love this little plane image so I stamped him on Pink Pirouette cardstock using Early Espresso ink and cut it out using Paper Snips before attaching it to the cardfront with dimensionals (I also added a single silver sequin to the propeller of a the plane.  The greeting is from the same stamp set and was stamped in Rose Red ink and then punched out with the XL Oval Punch and attached to the carfront with dimenionals.

You are going to love the FREE SAB items this year and there are a ton of great new items in the Occasions catalog, perfect for any occasion.  Make sure to check out the great new catalogs and place your order early so you have more time to play.  Remember, Sale-a-bration is also a great time to stock up on all those essentials, cardstock, adhesives, etc. so you can get something for FREE (that's what I do every year!!!)

Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration Color Challenge SSINKCC29: Tag Talk

Good morning!  It's the first Monday of the year so we're all back to school and work (boo, I miss vacation already) and it also means that it's time for a fresh set of challenges over on the SSINKspiration blog, today we have the color challenge.  We were given these great colors that I have to admit I have never considered combining together and really like the result.  I also decided to use another one of the cards from the Memories in the Making Project Life Speciality Card collection for some more emboss resist fun using the challenge colors.

I stared with Smoky Slate cardstock for the cardbase and after coloring the embossed piece I matted it with Perfect Plum cardstock.  Before attaching this piece to the cardfront I added several loops of Gold Metallic Thread behind it so the loops peak out the side (the gold reminds me of the Delightful Dijon).

For the greeting I used the Tag Talk stamp set (my first time using this set) and stamped it twice once in Delightful Dijon and once in Perfect Plum (on Smoky Slate cardstock) for the different layers.  I used the Label Bracket Punch for the larger piece and then trimmed the square using Paper Snips and dimensionals were use to pop up both layers.  For a final touch I wanted to add a piece of ribbon but didn't have the color I wanted so I took a piece of Whisper White 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon and dyed it using Perfect Plum ink before attaching it to the cardfront.

These colors work really well together,  and it's fun to make a card for such happy occasions (I'll be all set the next time I need a wedding card!)  The designers are sharing some additional cards for inspiration so go check them out and we would love for you to come play along.

Sale-a-bration 2016 Sneak Peak: Perfect Pairings and Project Life

Good afternoon stampers!!  I hope the start of 2016 is treating you well.  Thanks for stopping by today, I am so excited to be participating in a New Catalog Countdown with SSInkspiration.   Today is the second day of the countdown and we have many sneak peek samples for you HERE!"

I decided to focus on Sale-a-bration products for today's card because, let's face it we all love things for FREE and there are some great products you can earn during this sale, in this case I used the Perfect Pairings Stamp set and Memories in the Memories in the Making Project Life Specialty Card Collection.

I started with Tip Top Toupe cardstock for the cardbase and then used one of the pieces from the Memories in the Making Project Life Specialty Card Collection kit (this one is great since all the pieces are either acetate with metallic elements or UV resist, like this one which is perfect for the emboss resist technique) so I used a sponge to rub ink in stripes along the cardstock using Tip Top Toupe, Mint Macaron, and Watermelon Wonder ink (then I used a paper towel to rub off the extra ink and the embossed image really stands out).  Next I wrapped a piece of Tip Top Toupe 1" Lace Trim around the cardfront before attaching it to the cardbase and then tied a knot around the lace trim with some Watermelon Wonder 1" Lace Trim.

For stamped image I used the Perfect Pairings stamp set (another SAB freebie) and stamped the birthday greeting using Watermelon Wonder ink on Whisper White cardstock and then cut it out using the Big Shot and Oval Collection Framelits.  I used the same framelits to cut out  mat for the greeting using Mint Macaron cardstock and then embossed it using the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder and then sponged all over the mat using Mint Macaron ink.  I used dimensionals to attach the greeting to the cardfront and then added a strip of rhinestones along the bottom of the greeting for a little bling.

These Project Life cards are so versatile, no just for Project Life memory keeping but for cards, gift tags, packaging, etc. and I was so excited that they are one of the SAB offerings so I can stock up!
