Hopefully you have survived all the Thanksgiving fun and carb coma and are now relaxing (or maybe shopping!) I was out last night and early this morning working helping cross those items off the Christmas gift list and plan on spending the day relaxing. We have just a couple more days left in the month and a couple more cards in this years gratitude challenge. Today I decided to play along with the Fab Friday sketch challenge for this pretty all occasion card.
I started with Crumb Cake cardstock for the cardbase and then used Night of Navy cardstock to mat a piece of Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I can't get over how beautiful this DSP is, very realistic and the burlap background add some additional texture.

So pretty, Diana - love thinking of flower days ahead, it's getting nippy these days even here in AZ! Beautiful! Thanks so much for playing at Fab Friday!
ReplyDeleteThanks Heather! Yes we are definitely in for more colder days ahead of us before the flowers return.
DeleteVery pretty! Love that background paper. Thanks for joining us at Fab Friday, hope to see you again soon!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing this DSP in larger pieces! It's so pretty it's a shame to cover any of it up! I like how you let it shine! And cool ribbon treatment as well! Thanks for sharing at Fab Friday!
