Halloween Cat Sending Halloween Wishes!

Good afternoon!  We're continuing the Halloween fun today and sharing a card we made at this months Just cards Class.  This is a great card to use the Cauldron Bubble stamp set but not doing a ton of coloring so it's quick and easy (and come on, how fun would it be to see a cat flying through the sky on Halloween night??).

I used Gorgeous Grape cardstock for the cardbase and then added Basic Black cardstock as a mat for the Whisper White cardfront.  Next we have a piece of the Toil and Trouble Designer Series Paper that was cut as a flag (aren't these little ghosts the cutest??) and the greeting was stamped on the cardfront with Gorgeous Grape ink.

For the main stamped image I stamped the broom and random star effects and then stamped the cat on a scrap piece of paper before cloring it in with my Stampin' Blends.  Once the cat was finished I cut him out with the Big Shot and Cauldron Framelits and attached him with dimensionals.  This piece was matted with Pumpkin Pie cardstock before attaching it to the card.  To finish off the card I tied a bow out of the Black 5/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon and attached it to the top corner (this ribbon is so pretty!)

Isn't this little guy fun?  This cat has a hint of a mischievous grin in my opinion, perfect for the Halloween season.  Don't forget to take advantage of my Special of the Week and get a FREE set of Spider Trinkets when you order the Cauldron Bubble through September 16 and use Hostess Code:  BAXX34M6.
