30 Day Gratitude Challenge 2025: Day 25

Good morning,

Of course I'm leaning in heavy for the fall themed cards this week, sorry in advance.  For today's card I started with Old Olive cardstock for the cardbase and then a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock that's a mat for the beautiful die cut cardfront using the Earthen Metallic Speciality Paper and the Amber Autumn dies (it is truly stunning in person)! 

Next I used the Amber Autumn stamp set to stamp the pumpkin image and colored it with Stampin' Blends before cutting it out using the coordinating dies and attached to the card with dimensionals.

The greeting is from the same stamp set and is stamped in Cajun Craze ink on Basic White cardstock before cutting it out with the Traditional Labels Dies.  A bow tied with the Early Espresso Thread from the Old Olive & Early Espresso Linen Thread Pack was the perfect embellishment to finish it off!

30 Day Gratitude Challenge 2025: Day 21

Good morning,

So I have to admit, I usually only get one fall themed stamp set each year so I try to pick the one that I think I'll use the most and honestly this years Amber Autumn has made me fall in love, can't stop reaching for it.

For today's card I started with Crumb Cake cardstock for the cardbase w and then a piece of Gathering Together Designer Series Paper that was matted with Basic Black Cardstock.  I added another coordinating strip of DSP (also matted with Basic Black along the left side and wrapped a piece of Irregular Weave 3/8" Trim around it and tied a knot). 

Next I used the Amber Autumn stamp set to stamp the pumpkin image and colored it with Stampin' Blends before cutting it out using the coordinating dies.  

This piece was attached to a Crumb Cake circle cut with the Stitched Shapes dies using dimensionals.  I stamped the greeting from the same stamp set using Mossy Meadow ink, fussy cut out and attached with dimensionals.  The final touch was to add some of the Streaked Dots embellishments for a little bling!

If this card doesn't make you want to grab a Pumpkin Spice Latte and cozy sweater I don't know what will, fall perfection!

30 Day Gratitude Challenge 2025: Day 9

Good morning,

I love weekends, especially weekends that are quiet and relaxing.  This weekend some friends are visiting and we are spending several days in the craft studio creating, it is heaven!  Before the cardstock start flying I wanted to make sure to share today's gratitude card with you.

For this card I started with Basic White Thick cardstock for the cardbase and then took a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock and embossed it with the Peaceful Greenery 3D Embossing Folder before matting it with Early Espresso Cardstock.

I used the Amber Autumn stamp set to stamp the pumpkin image and colored it with Stampin' Blends before cutting it out using the coordinating dies.  

The greeting is from the Words for the Season stamp set and was stamped on Basic White cardstock.  I used the Peace on Earth Dies to cut out the greeting and the larger mat piece out of Earthen Toned Metallic Speciality Paper.  To finish off the card I added a piece of Irregular Weave 3/8" Trim under the pumpkins as well as some Streaked Dots embellishments for a little bling!

This card is so elegant, and I love using items that are initially designed for one thing (in this case Christmas) and turn it into something else.

30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day 28

Happy Thanksgiving!

Looking forward to a wonderful day with friends and family, with lots of relaxing, which is perfection.  For today's gratitude card I thought it was only fitting to share the cards I made for our family and friends for Thanksgiving.  The August 2019 Gift of Fall Paper Pumpkin kit was so beautiful I knew I would use it for Thanksgiving so I bought the add-on kit which provided 24 pre-printed cardbases and envelopes and used the elements from the main Paper Pumpkin kit to make these cards (plus more, and have lots of supplies left).  There are several different layers and textures on each card which really help dress them up and saved me a lot of work, which is really appreciated!

I love how these turned out and hope our family does as well.
