30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day 29

Good morning!

How is November almost over already?  Halloween was yesterday, haha!  Anyways, we're wrapping up this years gratitude challenge and still having fun.  Today I'm sharing another Christmas/winter themed card you are sure to love.

I once again used the Basic White Note Cards and Envelopes pack and added a piece of Balmy Blue cardstock that was embossed with the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing folder.  Next I added 2 pieces of DSP from the A Walk in the Forest Designer Series Paper, one cut as a rectangle and the other punched out with the 2" Circle Punch.

The greeting is from the Go to Greetings stamp set and was stamped in Pretty Peacock ink on Basic White cardstock and then cut out with the Stitched Rectangles dies and attached to the cardfront with dimensionals.  To bling up the card I added a few snowflakes from the Adhesive Backed Snowflake Assortment (this is an online exclusive so make sure you don't miss them!)

This card has such a soft effect, it's just so fun, and perfect for past the holidays!

30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day 10

Good morning and Happy Friday!

Decided to switch things up for today's gratitude card and go with a winter/holiday theme as we all need thank you's that time of year.  This card also uses the same design as one of the cards for this weekends Holiday Just Cards Class so I hope everyone enjoys these cute bears.

I used Balmy Blue cardstock for the card base and then matted a piece of the Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper with Mossy Meadow cardstock for the cardront.  I used my 2 1/4" Circle Punch to cut a circle out of a coordinating pattern of DSP from the pack.

The greeting is from the Go to Greetings stamp set and was stamped in Misty Moonlight ink on Very Vanilla cardstock before being cut out with the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I added a piece of Gold & Vanilla 3/8" Satin Edged Ribbon behind the greeting and then popped the greeting up with dimensionals.

I love how this card turned out, makes me look forward to snow!

30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day 8 (Paper Craft Crew Theme Challenge #543)

Good morning!

I'm back with another gratitude card and today's card using this weeks Paper Craft Crew theme challenge which was CASE the Catty with a Twist.  I used one of the cards on page 41 of the annual catalog as inspiration.  

This card has Crumb Cake cardstock for the cardbase and then I added a piece of Old Olive cardstock matted with Early Espresso cardstock for the cardfront.  On the Old Olive piece I repeatedly stamped "thank you" using the small image in the Go to Greetings stamp set.

The woodgrain circle piece was cut from the All About Autumn Designer Series Paper (unfortunately this paper is now sold out but you can substitute another print).

The main image is from the Rustic Crate stamp set and was stamped on Very Vanilla cardstock using Momento ink and then colored in with Stampin' Blends before cutting it out with the coordinating Rustic Crate dies and attached to the cardfront with dimensionals.  The greeting is from the same Go to Greetings stamp set (just used the largest image) and stamped in Early Espresso ink on Very Vanilla before cutting it out with Paper Snips and attaching it with dimensinals.  The final touch was to add a few of the Adhesive Backed Speckled Dots as accents.

I'm so happy with how this card turned out, it's fallish but not too serious and the stamped background makes it a little more fun!  And who doesn't look a good woodgrain print?  You should play along with the design team and share what you come up with based on this theme.
