Traditional Labels Christmas Greetings

Good morning and Merry Christmas,

I hope you are enjoying time with friends and family today in a way that is special to you.  I did want to drop in for one last Christmas card for the season.  I love the mix of the Traditional Labels Bundle with heat embossing for an elegant looking card that's simple to make.

For this card I used Pecan Pie cardstock for the cardbase and then added a piece of Cherry Cobbler Cardstock that's the mat for the Elegant Pine Snowflakes Designer Series Paper.  Along the bottom I added a piece of Basic White cardstock that's embossed with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder.  Around this piece I wrapped some Shaded Spruce 1/2" Satin & Sheer Ribbon and tied a decorative knot.

The greeting uses the Traditional Labels Bundle and is stamped on Cherry Cobbler cardstock with Versamark ink and then heat embossed with the WoW! Metallics Embossing Powder before being cut out with the coordinating dies.  This piece was attached to the card with dimensionals for a little extra dimension.

This card has an elegant look to it but is really easy to make which makes it perfect if your making multiples.

Paper Craft Crew Weekly Challenge #651: Traditional Labels

Good morning,

We're are in the thick of holiday fun, which I'm loving.  Today I decided to play along with this weeks Paper Craft Crew weekly challenge for this lovely Christmas card (we actually made this card at last months Just Cards Class).

I started with Balmy Blue cardstock for the cardbase and then added  a piece of the Traditions of Christmas Speciality Designer Series Paper (this paper pack is simply stunning, you don't want to miss out!)

I used the coordinating Traditional Labels Bundle for the greeting which was stamped in Night of Navy ink on Basic White cardstock, before cutting it out with the coordinating dies.

For the main floral element it's actually from another piece of the DSP and I just fussy cut it out and then attached it to the card with dimensionals.  To finish off the card I added a few of the Traditional Sparkling Sequins for additional bling!

I love everything about this card and can't wait to send it out.  Make sure to check out the other cards the design team is sharing and we would love for you to play along and share what you create.
