I started with Blushing Bride cardstock for the cardbase and then layered Melon Mambo cardstock behind the cardfront which is Pool Party cardstock that was embossed with the Big Shot and Polka Dot Basics Embossing Folder.
Next I used the Sweet and Sassy Framelits to cut out a heart using Melon Mambo cardstock and then embossed it using the Sweetheart Embossing Folder (if your piece of cardstock is small enough you can use this folder to get the embossing without the design in the center). Then to add a little bit of glimmer I used the Clear Wink of Stella and lightly added glimmer to the raised embossed pattern.
For the main image I stamped the Party Pandas using Basic Black ink on Whisper White cardstock and then cut it out with the Stitched Shapes Framelits. I used the Pool Party Stampin' Blends to color in the envelope and then a Melon Mambo marker to color in the cute little heart on the envelope. I used dimensionals to attach the panda piece to the cardfront. To finish out the card I stamped the greeting on Blushing Bride cardstock and cut it out with framelits before attaching it with a mini dimensional. The final touch is a double bow tied with Basic Black Baker's Twine.
This is such a cute stamp set and so easy to use and create, and this color combination is perfect for Valentine's, which I'm starting to think about now that Christmas is over. Make sure to check out the other cards the design team is sharing using the same color sketch and then play along, we would love to see what you create!
