30 Day Gratitude Challenge 2026: Day 3 (Paper Players Theme Challenge) Scalloped Blooms

Good morning,

For today's gratitude card I decided to play along with this weeks Paper Players Theme Challenge which is plaid, of course one of my favorites!  

I started with Mossy Meadow cardstock for the cardbase and then took a piece of Alpine Winter Designer Series Paper and matted it with Pecan Pie cardstock.  The greeting is from the Scalloped Blooms stamp set and was stamped in Misty Moonlight ink before using the coordinating dies to cut it out.

I used the Frosted Pinecones dies to cut out the pinecones and greenery (I sponged the Pecan Pie lower layer with Pecan Pie ink just to add more texture to the pinecones).

The final touch was to add some Gold Adhesive Gems for an elegant metallic accent.  This card was so fun and the pinecones are really fun to make! And of course I always need thank you cards for Christmas so this is perfect.
